How do I get a refund? Or do you offer refunds?

We cannot provide a refund once the report has been sent or for unused credits. If you are worried about buying and not using credits, we recommend buying smaller packages of 1 or 5. However, if you need something that isn’t on the pricing page, please get in touch and we will gladly find a way to help you out.
